Root Cause Therapy

Root Cause Therapy combines several transformative methods to create significant change in people's lives.

Root cause therapy is a trauma healing method that uses regression to allow the safe completion of unprocessed emotions. The unprocessed can finally process and stop causing unwanted thoughts, behaviours, beliefs and symptoms.

By using this unique combination of methods, I gently support you to access and reassess the root cause from a clearer perspective and to tap into the self-healing mechanisms of the deeper parts of your mind to release the hold of these negative life patterns and limiting beliefs.

Using a holistic framework, we look at all the contributing factors - emotions, behaviours, thoughts and symptoms. Then using testing and measuring techniques we can process the unprocessed to complete the trauma healing and rewire limiting beliefs. This method incorporates several transformative techniques including:

  • NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

  • Kinesiology

  • Regression and Progression Therapy

  • Talk Therapy

  • Inner Child Healing

  • Past Life and Ancestral Healing

  • Breathwork and Somatic release

  • Memory Reconsolidation

Each session is structured in such a way to help you prioritise and work through life-long symptoms and past hurts in a gentle yet thorough way. This modality has been used since 2016 in The Centre for Healing's Mental Health and Addiction Centre in Melbourne, conducting thousands of sessions with incredible results.

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationships

  • Sleep

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Physical Issues

  • Addiction Recovery

  • And more

For best results, at least 4 - 6 sessions over 2 - 3 months is recommended for deep healing and lasting change. Please note session times may vary between 90 - 120 minutes depending on the session.
